Although M|O FIT LLC provides its services with your health and safety in mind, each individual has their own limitations and it is therefore critical that you consult your physician or other licensed healthcare provider for necessary medical or appropriate care, follow all safety and other instructions provided by M|O FIT, and obtain appropriate authorization before accessing or using any M|O FIT LLC services, especially if you are prone to injuries, are pregnant or nursing, or have any other unique or special medical conditions. ALL M|O FIT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE ANY MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE CONDITION, REPLACE THE ADVICE OF A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL, OR PROVIDE ANY MEDICAL ADVICE, OPINION, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT OR GUARANTEE. ANY INDIVIDUALS CERTIFIED BY M|O FIT IN ANY M|O FIT SERVICES ARE NOT FUNCTIONING IN ANY CLINICAL OR LICENSED MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPACITY; SUCH INDIVIDUALS ARE SOLELY PROVIDING INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL SELF-HELP RESOURCES. YOUR USE OF ANY M|O FIT SERVICES DOES NOT CREATE A DOCTOR-PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL-CLIENT, OR SIMILAR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND M|O FIT OR YOU AND ANY PERSON CERTIFIED THROUGH M|O FIT.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your access, use and/or involvement with any M|O FIT LLC services or individuals certified by M|O FIT LLC in any M|O FIT LLC services may involve potentially dangerous and physical activities that may lead to personal and/or bodily injury, death, temporary or permanent disability, loss of services, loss of consortium, or damage to or loss of property or privacy. You hereby acknowledge and willingly accept these risks and agree to unconditionally release and hold harmless M|O FIT LLC from and against all claims, suits, damages, losses, causes of action, costs, expenses or liability arising out of or related to your access, use and/or involvement with any M|O FIT LLC services.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND VOLUNTARILY CONSENT TO THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. I AM AWARE THAT BY EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT, I AM GIVING UP VALUABLE LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO RECOVER DAMAGES FROM M|O FIT IN CASE OF ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS DOCUMENT IS A PROMISE NOT TO SUE AND A RELEASE OF, AND INDEMNIFICATION FOR, ALL CLAIMS. IF CONSENTING ON BEHALF OF A MINOR, I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE ON BEHALF OF MY MINOR CHILD(REN), AND I REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO M|O FIT THAT I HAVE FULL AUTHORITY TO CONSENT ON BEHALF OF SUCH MINOR(S).

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT POLICIES :

Automatic Renewal - To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. If a Purchaser offers a free-trial period, your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel before the end of that period.

How to Decline Renewal - Cancel a subscription through your Squarespace Customer Account. When canceling you forfeit any current pricing and must resubscribe with current listed price.

PRIVACY :

Facebook - M|O FIT services run through Facebook. You must have an account to access classes and join our community. Please familiarize yourself with the Terms and Privacy Basics of Facebook.

Payment Information - If you make a purchase through the M|O FIT website, you must provide valid payment card information. This information is collected directly by our payment vendors and is not received or stored by M|O FIT or its employees.
