When life happens and schedules get busy, you still deserve your workout…not only for the physical gains, but for the mental and emotional boost as well. M|O FIT is your means to prioritize fitness even on the days your meeting runs long, your child has a school performance, or you can only sneak in 30 minutes.

Working out at home — and alone! — has its challenges, which is why we guarantee our classes will provide you with the closest experience to an in-studio fitness workout with the most “real” at-home setting for maximum results and total relatability.

Classes include athletic barre-based workouts focused on functional movement, strength and resistance training, cardio, and mobility work. With more physical strength and mental aptitude gained, we hope to help you take on the ebbs and flows of life with vigor and grace.

With nearly a decade of experience teaching group fitness and several years running and curating a community at The Dailey Method Santa Barbara, I am excited to take my passion for fitness online!

I live in Santa Barbara with my husband and three young kiddos but I got hooked on barre in my hometown of San Diego. Back in 2010, barre had not yet found the spotlight but I quickly became addicted to the visible results and the true enjoyment I had doing it. Wait, exercise that was fun and effective?! Yup, it exists and barre still has my heart ten years later.

While my norm has been teaching in a studio surrounded by many bodies and smiling faces, I look forward to still connecting with you through this online platform as I share my take on barre.
