Why did you choose Facebook for your platform? Facebook provides us with such an incredible and unique experience! For starters, it’s typically an app you already have and a platform you already visit, meaning it has built in accountability and motivation. You can receive notifications and see activity on our page, helping you keep fitness a priority. Secondly, it allows us to stream both live classes and build a virtual library you can access whenever and wherever you need it.

**Facebook is the only way to access videos and join our community. If you do not currently have a Facebook account we suggest creating a pseudo account to use solely for M|O FIT. Review Facebook privacy settings and options here.

Are the live classes different from the ones in the library? Technically speaking, no, but live classes provide us with a more dynamic virtual experience! It allows us to workout together and to connect before, during, and after class. Knowing you are exercising at the same time as others is in itself helpful, but I also get to circle back with you throughout class to keep you focused and honest during your workout. If you can’t join live, the streamed classes are all recorded to capture the authenticity and energy, so you can use it whenever you take class.

Where can I find the live class schedule? The live class schedule will be posted every Sunday as an announcement (these posts are “pinned” at the top of the Discussion Board) on the M|O FIT Facebook group. You can expect at least 20 new classes added to our video library each month.

What makes M|O FIT classes different? M|O FIT online classes are efficient while being incredibly effective. They are designed to keep you as challenged and as engaged as you would be in-studio so you get visible results in a very timely and convenient manner! Classes are intentionally planned, which is why in 45 minutes or less you will tap into the entire body feeling accomplished, stronger, and recharged.

What kind of classes can I expect? There are six class formats ranging from 15-45 minutes. Each class has its own fitness goal, but are all based on an athletic barre approach that focuses on functional movement, strength and resistance training, cardio, and mobility work. Some classes will make you drip with sweat while others will have you shaking from muscle fatigue. You can’t go wrong with any choice!

Where do I access the video library? All live classes are recorded and saved to our private Facebook group. To access classes go to the M|O FIT Facebook group page under the “Units” section. Here you will see the videos organized by format with the date the class was taught live and the equipment needed for each class.

What equipment will I need? All workouts can be done with just your body; however, most classes will use props. Props add challenge and intensity while also helping to keep things interesting — to keep class feeling fresh and new! While you can find great substitutions for these props already in your home below is a list of suggested equipment. Links for recommended products can be found here.

Is there a contract or commitment with membership? For uninterrupted services M|O FIT memberships are set to auto-renew. If you would like to cancel your membership please do so in your Squarespace Customer Account.

What is your refund policy? Due to the digital nature of our content we do not offer refunds for memberships. You can cancel your membership directly through your Squarespace Customer Account.
