CLASS FORMATS

 

M|O FIT offers 4 live streamed workouts each week. These workouts rotate through the following 5 class formats.

All M|O FIT workouts are saved to our on-demand library.

 

BARRE 35

A 35-minute full-body workout focusing on dynamic movement, isometric strength work and functional training. No ballet or dance experience is necessary.

 

HIIT CARDIO

A 45-minute class comprised of high-intensity interval sequences to strengthen your cardiovascular system. Optional weight work and plyometrics are offered along with modifications for all exercises.

BOOST 30

A quick 30-minute cardio-focused class to boost your mood through heart rate-lifting exercises and plyometric options.

 

HIIT SCULPT

This 45-minute class is the ultimate challenge and combines cardio and strength training. A fast-paced class that will sculpt your muscles through two weight-work sequences and will maximize calorie burn and heart strength with two sets of cardio drills.

 

POWER 45

Want it all but short on time? This power-filled 45 minute class is for you! Strength training paired with cardiovascular-centered exercises for a full body, all encompassing workout.

 

Additionally, M|O FIT offers shorter workouts that target specific muscle groups. These workouts are available through our on-demand library.

CORE+

Quick workouts (10-20 minutes) dedicated to core and mobility work to strengthen postural muscles and increase the body’s range of motion for improved everyday function and movement. 

M|OVE M|ORE

A collection of 10-30 minute workouts to help you fit in more movement β€” especially on days when you are short on time. Each concentrated workout will have a different focus to target specific muscle groups. Whether you are short on time or looking for an effective cross training workout, these classes will challenge you in the most efficient way.
